Why I Created the Memory Keepsake
Hi, I’m Chloe, the founder of Inwords Gifting.
For years, I kept my most meaningful memories in plastic storage boxes. I also watched my mum keep hers in old shoeboxes that were falling apart.
I couldn’t find anything beautiful that had been designed specifically to protect and organise the things we never want to lose, so I decided to create my own dream memory keepsake.
I never imagined how loved they would become, and we are now restocking them for the third time.
I’m so proud to know that our keepsakes are now in so many homes, protecting the memories, photographs and little treasures that mean the most to you. 🤍

Material & longevity
WHY WE CHOSE MICROFIBER LEATHER
Our new Memory Keepsakes Collection are wrapped in premium-grade microfiber vegan leather, a material I specifically chose for its durability, resilience and long-lasting finish.
Not all vegan leathers are made the same.
Many more affordable leather-look materials use standard coated synthetic or bonded constructions, where the surface and layers can gradually deteriorate over time, leading to cracking, peeling or flaking as they age.
Microfiber leather is constructed differently. Its base is made from extremely fine, densely intertwined synthetic fibres, creating a much stronger and more flexible structure. This makes high-quality microfiber leather especially resistant to everyday wear and a much better choice when longevity matters.
I could have chosen a less expensive material, but these boxes are designed to hold the pieces of your life you want to keep for years. I wanted the material surrounding them to reflect that too.
It was one of the areas where I chose to invest more in quality, while still keeping our Keepsakes as accessible as possible.
Because something designed to preserve your memories should be made with longevity in mind.

How long does delivery take?

Can I personalise my Memory Keepsake in Arabic or another language?
Yes. Our Memory Keepsakes can be personalised in different languages, including Arabic, as long as the wording fits within the available engraving space.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take so much care when preparing and packing every keepsake, and we always hope it reaches you exactly as it should.
If your keepsake arrives damaged, please contact us within 1–2 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos or a short video showing the damage.
We’ll review everything carefully and do our best to make it right for you as quickly as possible.
What can I keep inside my Memory Keepsake?
Anything that means something to you.
Photos, letters, children's drawings, cards, hospital bracelets, baby memories, wedding keepsakes, school memories, travel mementos and all the little pieces of life you never want to lose.
Should I choose the Small or Large Memory Keepsake?
The Large Memory Keepsake is ideal if you want to build a collection of memories over many years.
The Small Memory Keepsake is perfect for a particular chapter, person, occasion or as a beautiful starting point.
There is no right or wrong choice — it simply depends on how you would like to use your keepsake.
How much can I engrave?
We recommend approximately 4 lines of text, with around 18–22 characters per line.
The exact amount may vary slightly depending on the language, wording and font.
How should I care for my Memory Keepsake?
We recommend storing your keepsake indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and excessive heat.
Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
Is the Memory Keepsake only for baby memories?
Not at all.
Our Memory Keepsakes are designed for every chapter of life — children, weddings, anniversaries, family memories, travel, personal milestones, loved ones and anything meaningful you want to preserve.
There are no rules about what deserves to be kept. If it matters to you, it belongs inside.

The box was so cute! we absolutely loved the color, not your traditional pink/blue baby themed presents. It made the perfect gift for my sister! We decorated it and it looked so beautiful, unfortunately the removal of the flowers damaged the top part. It would be great if inwords gifting had the option to buy a separate top part to the box. I would love to get a new one to replace the damaged one. Please if it’s possible to buy it contact me and let me know, thank you.

All the little details from her little name on the luggage tag to the little card they send, hoping that she makes a ton of memories to fill in this box, the level of detail inside the box...everything is just so well made.
