Why pre-order?
As a small family business, I only craft small quantities at a time to ensure every Memory Keepsake meets the quality I want it to.
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve yours before this collection sells out. Our last two launches sold out, and some colours and sizes may not be available again until next year.
When will I receive it?
Every Memory Keepsake is handcrafted, personalised and carefully prepared just for you.
Orders will be dispatched throughout the second half of September 2026.
I know waiting can be hard, so I'll keep you updated every step of the way with regular email updates. As soon as your Keepsake is on its way, you'll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

My name is Chloe, founder of Inwords Gifting.
I started Inwords Gifting because I wanted to create more meaningful gifts. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to help you feel a little more seen, heard and loved, while carrying a little more strength, hope and kindness with you every day.
Today, we've had the privilege of shipping over 3,200 orders to customers around the world, and every single one means so much to us.
My husband and I built this business ourselves, without investors or outside funding. We've been married for 14 years, have two beautiful children, and have proudly called Dubai home for the past 14 years.

All import taxes, duties, and customs fees are calculated at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on arrival.

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your Keepsake has been dispatched.

Why I Created the Memory Keepsake
Hi, I’m Chloe, the founder of Inwords Gifting.
For years, I kept my most meaningful memories in plastic storage boxes. I also watched my mum keep hers in old shoeboxes that were falling apart.
I couldn’t find anything beautiful that had been designed specifically to protect and organise the things we never want to lose, so I decided to create my own dream memory keepsake.
I never imagined how loved they would become, and we are now restocking them for the third time.
I’m so proud to know that our keepsakes are now in so many homes, protecting the memories, photographs and little treasures that mean the most to you. 🤍
