Refund policy
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the genuine intention of making things right. We stand behind our handmade pieces, each carefully inspected before it leaves us. Every request is treated fairly, reasonably, and with respect.
As all items are made with care and often personalized, we do not accept returns. We only offer a replacement in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
